This is an app I created when I was studying for the JLPT N5 exam and felt the need to have a custom made app to study kanji on the go.
I took this opportunity to experiment with various things like custom animated transitions, 3D Touch and alternative icons.
I also wanted the app to be very minimal looking and quick to use so most actions ended up being tied to gestures. You can swipe through all the cards, tap and hold to toggle the image or just the kanji or do a simple tap to rotate the card.
The part of the app I'm most fond of is the tutorial.
I came up with the concept and implemented it in less than an hour just before pushing the first version to the App Store. And while probably it's not the best tutorial ever I still think it's kinda neat and kept it that way.
